How UNhealthy Management hurts us


The nice thing about teamwork is that you always have others on your side.

Weeks become months and still found unhealthy management upon us. Hostile, arrogant bosses, manipulative, deceitful leadership by members of management and some of ppl who think that they r managers. Those are leading to diminished productivity for d workplace then unfriendly languages, intimidation n threats are visible.

An unhealty management culture describes downward thro attitudes n behaviour of management Soon, unehalthy management represents full of emotional conflicts among employees.

Typical consequences for me as an individual include depression, rage, severe stress or anxiety even withdrawal. These are as the price of trying hard to cope with an unhealty workplace !!!!!!!!!!!
