A TIME with my BELOVED

O Mustafa ..you are the supreme master.

I prepared myself from months to months then turned to years n years wanted to meet my beloved. And it was a wonderful times for me as I had a chance to meet him. My heart was trembling as he opened his door very wide. My eyes sparkled with excitement n I strode my steps as I’d like to meet him urgently.

Assalamualaika yaa Rasulullah ….
There was a pleasure on my heart keen on meeting him, having beautiful conversation with my honor one.

Assalamualaika yaa Rasulullah ….
I felt a beautiful smile u had which showing on ur pleasant n honest eyes. U welcomed me n my other brothers and sisters in islam coming to your neat and wonderful house. We came to make a dua for u, for ur beloved family n for all syuhada n for all muslim in this world.

A fresh morning in Madinah Al-Munawarrah. I witnessed ur ummah came and gathered in ur beautiful mosque.
Assalamualaika yaa Rasulullah ….
Waalaikum salam yaa lina …I heard he answered my greetings with full of passion
And I heard million n million of greetings rapidly at my back.
U smiled – ur face shined n a cool air turned to be a warm one. Ur nur (light), were entering all my body.

He talked to us and said that brothers n sisters who have not any chanced to meet him and seen him and follow islam after his presence, who agreed with what his lesson, doing their faith n believe in ghaib, doing shalat n channeling their rezeki are his beautiful brothers and sisters who has amazing belief.

I was deeply moved by his patience n my tears were flowing at every steps of my visiting to Raudah. I felt so close to him at that time. Every steps of my walking were advised by u my beloved. All my senses and my breaths were with u.

An Unpopular Offer ....

Nothing is better than togetherness.

I guess their idea was good,Team Building, but its too bad was not applicable any longer. Togetherness twice a week at jogging track was fun in d beginning but weeks by weeks its was not become popular amongst them. I noticed and found its only could stand for a couple of months. No harmonize found while they were outside.

Most companies now are having TB (Team Building) as one of their solution in bringing back the “warmness” n the unity on d place of work and it is an ongoing process that helps a work group evolve into a cohesive unit. In return all members will have a broad mind and have a care for each other in many ways.

If this happen I do sure they will make n feel their office like a home sweet home. And it has to be synchronized very well n blended from top to bottom and vice versa.

How UNhealthy Management hurts us

The nice thing about teamwork is that you always have others on your side.

Weeks become months and still found unhealthy management upon us. Hostile, arrogant bosses, manipulative, deceitful leadership by members of management and some of ppl who think that they r managers. Those are leading to diminished productivity for d workplace then unfriendly languages, intimidation n threats are visible.

An unhealty management culture describes downward thro attitudes n behaviour of management Soon, unehalthy management represents full of emotional conflicts among employees.

Typical consequences for me as an individual include depression, rage, severe stress or anxiety even withdrawal. These are as the price of trying hard to cope with an unhealty workplace !!!!!!!!!!!

Who is more Islamic ?

People has to work it has been stated definitely decades back. It is also because that working has huge purposes and big barokah (blessing) to every layers of community.

Islam teaches us that relationship between a worker and a company is mutual relationship - no exploitation. Each part has own right to be respected by other party. The company has to act nicely and talk civilized to their staff or their partners.

My best friend told me months back that her boss let his managers or staff to take a break for a couple of minutes to perform they believing (praying) while they were in d middle of meeting. Group who admit that they r Moslem should be ashamed at the company’s culture of others which was really implemented a good teaching of Islam. Even though my friend’s company culture was not keeping Islamic ID card but they really applied beautiful value in many ways which consist on islam.

If in one company that working as ibadah and the relationship of their leader and their staff based on fairness and humanity, then the company will grow faster and will reach their goal economically and competently insya allah.

Hope this writing can give awareness to everyone and can give more admiration on d description on value of islam in daily lives.

KEEP MOVING

Every human being will get happy only after facing d difficulties in their life path.
So dont b afraid to face ur difficulties. They will push u forward

I considered again my last talking with my inspiring man. I drowned the other day with distress, miserable and confusing times. Life is hard and it’s not easy for any of us. He kept saying “ pls work smart not hard” ….. well, sadly I still don’t know which side am positioning myself now. However, ur suggestion was wonderful.

What I heard that work hard is d only substitute to a hard life. And looking back to my times it was so tough - I had ever been in a very zero condition – destruction, things were not on track. And I am pleased that I am still alive now. Allah helped me giving a strong path and some big willingness toward that time, hey … life is not easy as it is …..

I must find a way to be thankful for my matters as I have always thought it would be a blessing because I was given a harsh time, which d gloominess would make me appreciate the life itself.

As time flies I should consider too that always stick to supportive ppl. With them we still be strong and think well. So, am suggesting that we obviously should have bunch of great friends as they are really inspiring n always make us keep moving in our lives. Thank u to all of you ….and am grateful.
